SHVIP is a six-day fellowship programme that offers a small group of children’s book specialists the opportunity to gain detailed insight into China’s publishing landscape and visit CCBF from an exclusive perspective. The fifth edition will take place from 13 to 18 November 2017 in Shanghai and will welcome 11 children’s book professionals.

Who can apply?

The programme is designed for publishers and editors from all levels. However, a couple of vacancies are reserved to foreign rights people, literary agents, scouts and other specialists in children’s literature with a strong interest in the Chinese market. We do like diversity in the group, so don’t hesitate to give it a try!
