· "Pop-up Show: The Magic inside Books" (Hybrid Zone)
Among the millions of books that are printed and published all over the world every year, there are some truly special ones, books in which the pages help the reader’s imagination create new magical and spectacular dimensions—pop-up books.
The exhibition “Pop-up show: the magic inside books” will bring together 150 extraordinary titles selected from one of the biggest and most important pop-up collections in the world. The Show will trace some important stages in the pop-up history, from the first stories published in the 1800’s by great masters of the Press to the books made in the recent decades, not to forget the interesting modern contribution of Chinese paper engineers to the art of moveable books.

· Copyright Great Wall (Copyright Zone)
Take a 15-meter-long colourful wall and cover it with some of the most recently published titles to be seen at the book fair: you will get the Copyright Great Wall!
Especially conceived for publishers, editors and rights acquisition manager, the Wall materialises CCBF’s vocation to foster bidirectional copyright exchange between publishers of all horizons. On the one hand, the 11 SHVIP fellowship participants are invited to display the highlights of their latest catalogues, offering an exclusive opportunity to scout a great variety of titles never introduced in China; on the other hand, the Wall will also offer a selection of the finest Chinese picture books published in recent years, a gem for any publisher interested in getting a better view of the Chinese current children’s book production.
Visually attractive, the Copyright Great Wall is the perfect spot for publishing professionals to read and discover new business resources between two appointments.

· CCBF Bookstore (Hybrid Zone)
A curated bookshop offering a selection of titles (in their original language and/or Chinese edition) in relation with the best CCBF programmes and guests. A way to take a little piece of the CCBF spirit back home through beautiful books.

· IBBY 2019 Collection of Outstanding Books for Young People with Disabilities
Once every other year, the International Board on Books for Young People (IBBY) releases a catalogue of outstanding books for and about children and teens with disabilities, which has become an international reference and a highly expected resource for publishers interested in this domain. The aim of this project started in 1981, is to identify and encourage the publication of books specifically designed for young people with disabilities, as well as those in general production that can be enjoyed by all young people, whatever their ability.
CCBF will feature an exhibition of all the titles featured in the 2019 edition of this prestigious catalogue—40 books in 17 different languages from 20 countries, including China—including books in Braille, in Picture Communication Symbols, tactile and textile books, as well as an extensive collection of picture books and novels that promote inclusion and disability awareness.
