CCBF 2026 will take place on 13–15 November at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Centre (SWEECC), featuring an exhibition area of 25,000 square meters. The Copyright Zone is the most international and professional area of the fair, exclusively reserved for trade professionals with:

Exhibitors can choose between raw space or pre-built stands.
- Raw Space
Raw space starts from 36 sqm. This option is ideal for exhibitors who wish to design and build a fully customised stand to reflect their brand identity.
- Pre-built Stands
Pre-built stands start from 9 sqm and are available in multiples of 9 sqm, which are available in three different layouts — Standard, Upgrade, and Premium — as detailed on page 3 of the application form.

Bologna Best Children’s Publishers (BOP) Lounge
This area is dedicated to the worldwide winners and finalists of the BOP – Bologna Prize for the Best Children’s Publishers of the Year. The BOP Prize annually acknowledges the most significant publishers in each of the six areas of the world: Africa, Central and South America, North America, Asia, Europe and Oceania.
Comics Lounge（NEW!）
A dedicated area for comics publishers andprofessionals, created as part of CCBF'sgrowing focus on comics and designed tosupport rights exchange, business meetingsand international networking.
Asia-Pacific New Entry Lounge
The lounge is open to Asia-Pacific publishers with outstanding and distinctive editorial capabilities, showcasing original children’s books and unique series, while facilitating rights connections and international promotion.
Belt and Road Lounge
Focusing on representative children’s publishers from countries along the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) partner countries, the lounge showcases their unique contributions and outstanding achievements in publishing innovation and market development.
CrossMedia Lounge
This new BCBF lounge showcases international children's publishers and past BolognaRagazzi CrossMedia Award winners — a prize honoring projects that extend narratives beyond the book into digital, animation, gaming, and audio/video, as well as stories and digital products that became or deliver outstanding reading experiences. Its goal is to promote rights licensing and cross-media adaptation.
Rights Centre
Literary Agents and Scouts will be welcomed at CCBF Rights Centre, which is located in the Copyright Zone, and a turn-key opportunity to experience CCBF at 360°.
